This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) governs Self Assembling Systems Corp. and the Morphbots platform and its subsidiaries and affiliates (each individually and collectively referred to herein as “Morphbots,” “we,” “our” or “us”) information collection, processing and usage practices in connection with the use of our website: https://morphbots.co (the “Site”) and/or any Morphbots-branded software products or services, that we operate or provide (“Software,” and together with the Site, the “Services”). The clause headings used below are for convenience of reading only (and are not to be used for interpretive purposes), but we hope they make navigating this Policy easier for Users (defined below).
Safeguarding the Personal Information (defined below) of our visitors and users (“Users,” “you” or “your“) is important to us, and we recognize the responsibility you entrust us with when providing your Personal Information. This Privacy Policy details how your Personal Information is used by Morphbots both actively and passively when you use the Site and/or Services. With this Privacy Policy and any other documents or policies referred to herein, we wish to outline the basis on which any Personal Information we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed including, what information we may collect from you via the Site and/or the Services, how we may use such information, how we may disclose information provided by you to third parties and the use of “cookies” on the Site and by the Services.

What types of information do we collect from the people that visit our Site?
We collect both Personal Information and non-personal information, such as Anonymous Information, about our Users. “Personal Information” is information that can be used to contact or identify you, such as your full name, email address, birthday and payment method, as well as information that is linked to such Personal Information. “Anonymous Information” is information that is not linked to your Personal Information, cannot be used to contact or identify you and is not linked to information that can be used to do so, such as Personal Information. Anonymous Information includes passively collected information about your activities on the Site or on the Services or using our Software, such as usage data, to the extent that information is not linked to your Personal Information.
What information do you provide to us?
In order to use the Software, you may be required to create an account (“Account”) which will require you to provide Personal Information, including your full name, phone number, email address, birthday and IP address from you when you register on the Site, purchase the Software, sign up for any communications regarding the Site, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website or use certain other site features.
If you make a purchase via the Services, you will be required to provide certain billing data to process and fulfill the purchase.
The Services may offer features enabling you to invite others to use the Services, for example by sending an invitation email from the Site to the recipient’s external email address. If you send or post an invitation, you will be providing us with Personal Information about the recipient such as his/her email address. We will not use that Personal Information except in direct relation to the signing up and usage of the Services.
Cookies
We also collect basic analytics data through Cookies when you access or use the Site or Software. A “Cookie” is a small piece of data or text file stored on the local hard disk of your computer or mobile device. These include our own first-party Cookies and third-party Cookies. Some Cookies are only stored temporarily and destroyed each time you close your web browser. Others may remain on your browser and may collect and store data for a period of time after you stop using the Website.
Functionality– The Site uses Cookies to ensure it functions properly, including page loads.
Performance and Analytics– Our Site uses Cookies to gather usage and performance data. This enables us to monitor and improve the Site’s performance, our services and your experience.
The trace of your visit to our Site will be in our web server log files as well as in the log files of our hosting providers. These logs would only be used for security audits and web server performance optimization tasks. Our log files follow commonly accepted standard procedures of using log files. The information collected by log files include internet protocol address, browser type, internet service provider, date and time stamp, referring page, exit page, and number of clicks. These log entries are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, optimizing Site performance, tracking users’ movement on the Site, and gathering geographic information.
We do not sell our users’ browsing patterns and will not do so in the future without providing you with notice and an opportunity to opt-out of such sale as required by law. Similarly, we do not offer financial incentives associated with our collection, use, or disclosure of your browsing patterns.
If you wish to prevent Cookies from tracking your activity on our Site or visits across multiple websites, you can set your browser to block certain Cookies or notify you when a Cookie is set.
Google Analytics
We use Analytics provider Google Analytics to help us better understand the use of the Services. In association with them, we may passively collect IP address, behavioral data, OS versions and browser types. This information is for internal use only and can’t be shared. How do we use your information?
We use the information we collect from the Site mainly as follows:
(i) to provide, maintain, protect and improve the Services (including data analytics), to develop new ones and to protect Morphbots and our Users;
(ii) to process payment information in relation to your purchase of the Software via the Site;
(iii) to respond to your submissions, questions, comments, requests and complaints and provide customer service;
(iv) to identify or authenticate your access and use of the Site or Services,
(v) as part of our efforts to keep the services safe and secure;
(vi) to protect Morphbots’ rights or property;
(vii) for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, customization, and improvements to service and experience on the Service;
(viii) to send you confirmations, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages; and
(ix) for any other legitimate business purpose for which the information was collected.
We may use information to send periodic emails on the products and features we think may be useful or relevant to you. You may opt out of email marketing by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or you may opt out by altering your Account settings. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving the foregoing emails, we may still respond to communications initiated by you, as well as send administrative emails that are necessary to facilitate your use of the Site and/or Services (for example, emails regarding updates to our policies).
We may anonymize and aggregate data collected through the Services and use it for any purpose and share such data with other partners or third parties for our own internal use.
For personal data that is subject to General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”), we rely on several legal bases to process your data, which include (i) when you have given consent, which you may withdraw at any time by using https://school.morphbots.co/account/general/ and other tools; (ii) when data processing is necessary to perform a contract with you, such as the Terms of Use, (iii) when data processing is necessary to protect our legal obligations and (iv) our legitimate business interests, such as improving and personalizing the Services, marketing new features or products that may be of interest to you, and promoting the safety and security of our Services and our Users.
How can you control your information?
We know members of our community value having control over their own information. We give you the choice of providing, editing or removing certain information, as well as choice over how we contact you. You may access your Account settings and tools to access and control your personal data regardless of where you live. If you live in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (“Designated Region”), you have several legal rights regarding your information as discussed below.
Editing and Deleting Data. In your Account settings, you can change or delete your Personal Information. Additionally, you may delete your Account if you wish. If you choose to delete your Account, most of your information will be deleted within 30 days, but it may take longer to delete all your data and other data stored in our backup systems due to size and complexity of our systems used to store data.
Objecting or Restricting Data Use. In your Account settings, you have options to control our use of your data. You may limit how your information is made publicly available; and limit the notifications or emails you receive from us. Please note that, as said above, should you opt-out of receiving notifications or emails from us, you will still receive administrative messages from us.
If you live in a Designated Region, you have the right to object to our processing of your information based on our legitimate interests and the right to object to the use of your information for direct marketing purposes. You may control our marketing communications to you by accessing your Account settings. Additionally, you should review the Cookies section for your options to control how we and our partners use cookies and other technologies for advertising. If you no longer wish to use Morphbots’ Services or receive service-related messages, then you may close your account.

How do we protect User information?
We take what we consider to be appropriate measures to protect Personal Information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we try to use reasonably acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security or confidentiality. How Long Do You Keep User Information?
We will retain your information for as long as your Account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you no longer want us to use your information to provide you services, you may close your Account. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Third Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personal Information. Should we share your Personal Information, we will only do so if we have prior consent. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our Site, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. However, Anonymous Information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Notice to Parents of Children
This notice provides information for parents of children under 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age in the jurisdiction where that child resides, about our practices with respect to personal information that we collect from such children who register for and use the Services and indicate they are under the age of 13, or any higher minimum age in the jurisdiction where that child resides. Under the GDPR, a child is under the age of 16, but Member States of the European Union may choose to the lower the age level.
We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13 years of age without parental consent, except as permitted by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and the Federal Trade Commission’s rules implementing COPPA. In this section of the Privacy Policy, we use the term “personal information” as such term is defined in COPPA.

California Online Privacy Protection Act
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our customers who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure (if any) of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To the extent applicable, you may make such a request by sending an email to privacy@morphbots.co. Please note that we are only required to respond to one request per customer each year.
If you are a California resident under the age of 18 and a registered User of certain parts of the Services, California Business and Professions Code Section 22581 permits you to remove content or Personal Information you have publicly posted. If you wish to remove such content or Personal Information, please contact privacy@morphbots.co, and provided you specify which content or Personal Information you wish to be removed, we will do so in accordance with applicable law. Please be aware that after removal you will not be able to restore removed content or Personal Information. In addition, such removal does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or Personal Information you have posted and that there may be circumstances in which the law does not require (or allow) us to enable removal.
How does our site handle do not track signals?
We honor do not track signals and do not track, plant Cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.
Subsequent Transfers
In the event that Morphbots is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, Morphbots reserves the right to sell or transfer user information (including personal information) as part of any such transaction. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we will continue to take measures to protect the confidentiality of personal information and give users notice before transferring any personal information to a new entity. To the maximum extent allowable by law, this Policy will apply to the user information as transferred to the successor entity.
